📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Monitor and evaluate HSE performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Train and educate staff on HSE best practices and emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay updated with the latest HSE trends, regulations, and best practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety, Environment, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in using HSE management software and tools.
