📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage guest inquiries and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp
• Update and maintain our website content using WordPress
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement community engagement strategies
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using Hootsuite
• Organize and promote community events and initiatives
• Assist in the development of guest loyalty programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations or community marketing
• Proven experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp
• Strong understanding of content creation and SEO principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
