📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Record and post all general ledger transactions accurately and timely.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Support month-end closing processes, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with the finance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies in financial records.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with accounting standards and regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Train and mentor junior accountants as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in general ledger accounting, preferably in a similar industry.
• Proficiency in using SAP and Excel for financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
