📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and design innovative fashion collections that align with the brand's vision and values.
• Create high-quality sketches, patterns, and technical drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure consistency and quality in all design outputs.
• Conduct trend research to stay updated with the latest fashion trends and incorporate them into our designs.
• Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, and provide feedback and revisions as needed.
• Manage the production process, including sourcing materials, coordinating with manufacturers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials, including catalogs, social media content, and advertising campaigns.
• Participate in fashion shows and events to showcase our designs and network with industry professionals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends, market analysis, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop unique and innovative designs.
• Familiarity with garment construction techniques and understanding of fabric properties.
