📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain and repair electronic equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence of defects.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Document and maintain detailed records of quality control tests and equipment maintenance.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency.
• Train and mentor junior technicians on quality control procedures and equipment maintenance.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronics quality control and equipment maintenance.
• Proven experience with electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers.
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and standards.
