📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist foreign nationals with their visa applications, work permits, and residency permits in Indonesia.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on immigration law and regulations.
• Prepare and submit visa applications, work permits, and residency permits to the relevant Indonesian authorities.
• Follow up on applications and provide updates to clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to stay current with changes in immigration law.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure that all cases are handled efficiently and effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients, answering their questions and addressing their concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in immigration law or a related field.
• Familiarity with Indonesian immigration law and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Knowledge of immigration software and tools such as VisaPro, ImmiLink, or similar.
• Valid legal practice certificate or equivalent.
