In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all aspects of our facilities, including but not limited to, building systems, maintenance, and operations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of quality. You will also be responsible for implementing and managing the Integrated Facilities Management (IFS) system to streamline our operations and improve efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring they are in top condition.
• Manage and optimize the Integrated Facilities Management (IFS) system to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and high-quality maintenance services.
• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures.
• Monitor and analyze facility performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the facility management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of facility management services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Building Services, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility management, with a strong background in using the Integrated Facilities Management (IFS) system.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven track record of managing and maintaining facilities in a high-end environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
