📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages to customers.
  • Maintain and clean espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee equipment.
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Train and mentor new baristas to ensure consistent quality.
  • Assist in the daily operations of the coffee shop, including cash handling and customer service.
  • Stay updated with the latest coffee trends and techniques to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Promote and participate in team-building activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and basic bookkeeping.
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
