📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage daily nickel mining operations in Pangkal Pinang.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business objectives.
- Represent PT Global Nickel Resources at industry events and conferences.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in nickel mining operations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing nickel mining operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with mining software such as Vulcan, Surpac, or MineSight.
- Certification in safety and environmental management (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH).
- Understanding of Indonesian mining regulations and best practices.
