In this role, you'll be working closely with our team of experts, from jewelry designers to customer service representatives. You'll use our state-of-the-art inventory management system, Salesforce, to track sales and manage customer data. Your ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment will be crucial as you balance sales targets with administrative duties.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients in selecting and purchasing high-end jewelry.
• Manage the store's administrative operations, including inventory, scheduling, and record-keeping.
• Use Salesforce to track sales, manage customer data, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to stay updated on the latest trends and product offerings.
• Assist in organizing and executing in-store events and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving store operations and customer experiences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, sales, or administrative roles, preferably in luxury goods or fashion.
• Proven ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and English is required.
• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
