📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor inventory levels and implement effective restocking strategies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the store.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Work closely with the regional manager to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Promote and manage in-store promotions and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in retail store management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is an advantage.
