Sembcorp Industries is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing renewable energy and infrastructure projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage renewable energy and infrastructure projects from inception to completion.,Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.,Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers.,Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.,Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.,Monitor project progress and provide regular reports to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in project engineering, particularly in renewable energy and infrastructure projects.,Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.,Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of local regulations and standards in Indonesia.,Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
