📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee relations, including grievances and conflicts.,Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues and concerns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Proven track record of success in managing HR functions and achieving organizational goals.
