EQ Insurance Company Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to join our Motor Claims team in Bali. This is a contract role with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and managing motor claims effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance claims, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the motor claims process from start to finish.,Assess and evaluate claims to determine liability and coverage.,Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve claims efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service to policyholders and claimants.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular reviews of claims to identify areas for improvement.,Manage a team of claims adjusters and support staff.,Develop and implement training programs for claims staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in motor claims or a similar role in the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with claims management systems and software.,Ability to travel to various locations as required.
