Bit Pearl Ekspansindo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of civil engineering projects.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.,Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.,Perform site inspections and quality control to ensure adherence to project specifications.,Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.,Mentor and train junior engineers and staff.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.,Professional engineering license (PE) is a plus.,Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.,Excellent project management and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations is a plus.
