The Institute of Mental Health is seeking a dedicated Senior Case Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is part of our EPIP (Early Psychosis Intervention Program) initiative, aiming to provide comprehensive mental health support and community engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for community support.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate case files for individuals with mental health conditions.,Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients in managing their mental health.,Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.,Conduct assessments and evaluations to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.,Educate and empower clients and their families on mental health management and community resources.,Collaborate with community organizations to enhance mental health support services.,Participate in training and professional development activities to stay updated with best practices.,Maintain accurate and confidential records of all client interactions and sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in mental health case management.,Certification in mental health first aid or a related field is a plus.,Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and treatment approaches.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with community support programs and resources.
