📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of store staff to achieve sales targets.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost sales and customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the regional manager to achieve company-wide goals.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing retail operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.
