📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure that our restaurants are meeting our high standards of quality and service.
• Work closely with our corporate office to develop and implement new initiatives and programs.
• Manage and train restaurant staff to ensure that they are providing exceptional service to our customers.
• Monitor and analyze restaurant performance data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed in the restaurant.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant that meets all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service industry trends and best practices.
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
