In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing test plans. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design, develop, and execute test plans to ensure software quality.,Identify, record, and track software defects, and work with developers to resolve them.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure they are accurately reflected in test cases.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA.,Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation.,Conduct performance testing and load testing to ensure software performance and scalability.,Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide feedback on test results.,Mentor and train junior QA engineers as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.,3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.,Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools.,Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.,Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
