The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our remote department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the remote department, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations.,Handle employee relations, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and departments.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using project management tools and software.,Familiarity with HR best practices and regulations.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
