📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to approved schedules and budgets.,Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations for cost savings.,Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and clients.,Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.,Participate in site inspections and provide cost feedback.,Maintain accurate records of project costs and expenses.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or related roles.,Strong knowledge of construction cost estimation and budgeting.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and construction estimation software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian construction industry standards and regulations.,Familiarity with construction contracts and legal aspects.
