📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Develop and implement operational procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
