📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge,Identify training needs and design effective learning solutions,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure training programs meet their needs,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online courses,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees,Monitor and report on the progress and outcomes of training programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work collaboratively with managers and employees,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms,Knowledge of assessment and evaluation methods,Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
