In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the fleet, including scheduling, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles.,Ensure all vehicles are in compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and maintenance teams to address any issues or concerns promptly.,Monitor fuel consumption and costs, implementing strategies to improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations and communication.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure fleet standards are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
