📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Maintain and update employee records and files.
• Support the HR team in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents and reports.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and coordinating with vendors.
• Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in handling employee relations matters, such as grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Assist in the preparation of performance appraisals and employee feedback sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
• Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
