📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Assist in planning and executing promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to travel for business purposes.
