📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide on-site IT support to clients in Bali’s tech and hospitality sectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.
• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
• Assist with IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IT systems and tools.
• Document IT processes and maintain accurate records of all activities.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure seamless digital operations for our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate or hospitality environment.
• Proven experience with IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and software troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus.
• Valid IT support certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) is a plus.
