📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Reviewing financial statements, records, and transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.,Identifying areas for improvement in financial processes and procedures.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Ensuring compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.,Assisting in the implementation of corrective actions to address identified issues.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control procedures and compliance requirements.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and internal control frameworks.,Proficiency in using accounting software and audit tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and international standards (IFRS) is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
