HR Officer (Casual) - Sky Garden Bali

With a focus on efficiency and excellence, you will work closely with our HR team to streamline processes, assist in talent acquisition, and maintain accurate employee records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records using HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks, such as processing payroll and benefits, and managing employee documents.
• Facilitate employee relations by addressing inquiries and concerns, and organizing team-building activities.
• Assist in the development of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new and departing employees.
• Support the HR team in any other duties as required to ensure the smooth operation of HR functions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration or a related field.
• Proficient in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willingness to travel to other locations as required.
