📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and resolve issues related to benefits, compensation, and workplace policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance.,Assist in the preparation of payroll and benefits administration.,Support the HR team in compliance with labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
