Hotel Fajar Fruit is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including discipline and grievance procedures.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development of training programs for employees.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with management to address HR-related issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
