Salon Cahya Kebab is looking for a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and maintain our vehicle fleet. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services and maintaining the efficiency of our fleet.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, fueling, and scheduling of our vehicles. You will also manage driver schedules, coordinate with service providers, and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling regular maintenance and repairs.
  • Oversee fueling and ensure vehicles are properly fueled and maintained.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are properly trained and equipped for their routes.
  • Manage driver schedules and ensure they are following all safety regulations.
  • Coordinate with service providers for maintenance and repairs.
  • Ensure all vehicles are compliant with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Monitor vehicle performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and expenses.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
