Hokian Lestari Spareparts is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Bengkulu. As a Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is passionate about logistics and has a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs and efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle vehicle documentation and insurance.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on route planning and vehicle operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
