📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the main teacher in preparing and delivering training sessions.,Monitor student progress and provide feedback.,Ensure that training materials are up-to-date and well-organized.,Help maintain a positive and productive learning environment.,Assist in the evaluation and grading of student performance.,Support the main teacher in managing classroom logistics and resources.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training programs.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Automotive Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of automotive theory and practical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid teaching certification or license.,Experience with educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.
