Hokian Jaya Medical Center is looking for a dedicated Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers,Preparing and submitting financial reports to management,Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Processing payroll and managing payroll records,Reconciling bank statements and accounts,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements for audits,Providing financial support to other departments as needed,Maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role,Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good communication and interpersonal skills
