📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage a team of sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure high levels of customer service.
• Oversee daily operations in the Ladies Department, including inventory management and sales performance.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance, provide feedback, and address any concerns.
• Ensure that all sales targets and departmental goals are met through effective leadership and teamwork.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role, preferably in the fashion or ladies department.
