📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet quality standards.,Assist in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and utensils.,Follow all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to kitchen policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
