📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to customers to discuss and resolve outstanding debts.
• Use BFI Collector software to manage and track collections, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to facilitate timely payments.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Monitor and report on collection progress, providing regular updates to the management team.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in debt collection.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Familiarity with BFI Collector software or similar collection management tools.
• Good understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
